Dear Chinese Students Association,
By now, you may have heard about the death of David Yang ’11. David was a dedicated member of CSA’s executive board, serving as cultural chair last year and social chair this year. His many achievements at Cornell include planning and running some of our most successful events like 2009’s Midnight Dim Sum and China Night.
David was a joy to have at our weekly e-board meetings, always adding jokes and laughter. He was always ready to offer his help and step up to complete the tasks at hand. He was genuine, and constantly had the interests of others in mind. We’ll always be grateful for what he contributed to the organization and to our lives. We on e-board will miss him more than we can say.
