Executive Board Members
These are the people who help to plan and run Cornell CSA. For questions or tickets to upcoming events, see/contact these people!

ALL OFFICERS must attend weekly E-Board meetings (Mondays @ 5:00pm) and help with events (attending, setting up and cleaning up, etc.) in addition to providing input (ideas and otherwise) at the E-Board meetings.
In addition to these general duties, each position has its specialized responsibilites; see below for their descriptions.

Tiffany Yu - President
The President holds weekly E-Board meetings and implements the policies determined by the executive board during the meetings. They are in charge of delegating responsibilites to all the officers of CSA in addition to coordinating activites between CSA and other organizations - thus serving as the official representative of CSA in its external dealings.

Justin Wong - Vice President-Spring
The Vice-President is responsible for leading the E-Board where the President is not available or unable. The VP also performs the responsibilites delegated to them and oversees and coordinates the other CSA officers.

Andy Li - Secretary
The Secretary’s main job is to keep accurate written accounts of all proceedings and decisions taken by the E-Board during meetings. They are also in charge of maintaining and updating all records of CSA membership and concequently compiling a membership directory of all active CSA members.

Donna Yu - Treasurer
The Treasurer is responsible for keeping an accurate and updated account of the CSA finances, supervising the disbursement of the funds, paying bills incurred by CSA, maintaining a balanced budget for CSA and handling other monetary needs of CSA.

Richardson Kilis - Publications
The Publications Chair produces and releases the newsletter, the Jade, as well as the end of the year magazine, the Jade Magazine. They also produce programs for China Nights and other printed materials needed by CSA.

Randall Chen - Public Relations
The Public Relations Chair acts as a liaison between CSA and other organizations. Externally, they attend weekly CAPSU (Cornell Asian-Pacific Student Union?) meetings and is a representative of CSA in coordinating Asia Night. Internally, they organize the Welcome Picnic and the Big-Little program.

Hazel Chi - Philanthropy
The Philanthropy Chair promotes and organizes volunteer activites among the E-Board and the members. Such events includ Into the Streets and the upcoming Chinese School in Ithaca.

Kevin Wu - Political Chair
The Political Chair must host at least one political event every semester. They act as the liaison with other political organizations on campus.

Justin Li - Sports
The Sports Chair organizes sport events and is a middle-man between CSA and members who want to play intramural sports. The position entails getting members reimbursed for sports teams and spurring interest in the organization for sporting events.

Crystal Tang - Webmaster & Publicity Co-Chair | Hans Feng - Publicity
The Webmaster’s responsibility is to maintain the CSA website (this one!) and to provide online capabilites such as online voting.

The Publicity Chairs design all materials necessary for advertising CSA events. Additionally, they develop CSA membership cards and other paraphernalia for the organization.

Melissa Yee & Katherine Chen - Cultural
the Cultural Chairs are in charge of developing and running cultural events for the organization. Examples include Midnight Dim Sum, the Moon Cake Festival, and China Night.

Kathy Liu & Andrew Fong - Social
The Social Chairs plan monthly events like parties, dances, bowling nights, billiards nights, ice skating, pool, etc.
